This easy to do project by Kate Bullen will brighten up any home and can be done with the kids!
What you’ll need:
Watercolors
Paint brushes
Watercolor paper
Water
Canvas
Scissors
Mod Podge
Directions:
- Gather existing watercolor paintings or create your own using watercolor paper and liquid watercolors. For the tie-dye look, Kate suggests wetting the paper with water first and then applying the water colors.
- Once the paintings have dried, cut them up into triangles of various sizes.
- Get our your canvas and paint the top white (if it is not already).
- After it’s dried, lay out the triangles in the position you desire. Glue and glaze them down with Mod Podge.
