It is easy to check your Publix gift card balance.

Check your Public gift card balance online:

  1. Visit Publix.com/gift-cards/balance and
  2. Enter your 19-digit gift card number found on the back of the card.
  3. Then enter your 4 digit-pin number found on the back of the card. You may need to gently scratch off the PIN code are to reveal the PIN if it’s your first time using the card.

Check your Publix gift card balance in-store:

  1. Ask an employee at checkout or the customer service desk to look up your gift card balance for you.
